Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team at Maximus Auto Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our employees in achieving their goals.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases to ensure efficient information management.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and marketing materials, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to company standards.
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, providing support and assistance as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior administrative experience preferred.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other productivity software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Valid U.S. driver's license and a clean driving record.
