Behavioral Health Specialist

Job Summary:
Cheshire Medical Center seeks a skilled Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team in addressing opioid addiction. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in a relevant field and 2+ years of clinical experience in crisis assessments, brief treatment, and crisis counseling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral health triage assessments and evaluations
- Maintain an active patient registry and monitor psychiatric and substance misuse symptoms
- Facilitate referrals to address behavioral health and social determinants of health needs
- Develop a clinical service plan in collaboration with the client
- Provide crisis intervention and stabilization services
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related clinical field
- 2+ years of clinical experience in a relevant setting
- Preference given to a degree certifiable or licensable in N.H.
