Part-Time Clinical MLADC Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced MLADC Supervisor to join our team at Anew Behavioral Health in Keene, NH.
Job Summary:
This part-time role involves directly supervising our MLADC/LADC staff, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with state regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct supervision to MLADC/LADC staff.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
- Offer guidance and support to staff in clinical practices.
- Conduct regular supervision sessions and provide feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of supervision sessions.
Requirements:
- Must be on the New Hampshire Approved Supervisors List.
- Valid MLADC/LADC certification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in substance use disorder treatment.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a clinical setting.
- Strong understanding of clinical practices and state regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and support professional development.
Work Schedule:
- 3 hours per week.
Compensation:
- $70 per hour ($210 per week).
