About the Role

Avenues Recovery Center is seeking a skilled and compassionate Evening Behavioral Health Technician to join our team at our Dublin facility. As a key member of our residential operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily residential operations, including intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, and medication management.
  • Train and support Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) team members in all operations and responsibilities.
  • Escalate any concerns or crises to the Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
  • Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment.
  • Ensure client and BHT compliance with all Avenues rules, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred.
  • If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Warm, empathetic personality with the ability to set firm boundaries.
  • Dignified, honest character that models recovery principles.
