BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Nurse Specialist to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes in Keene, New Hampshire.

As a Nurse Specialist, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and provide individualized care to patients. You will work closely with the healthcare team to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.

Feel confident and supported with comprehensive infection prevention protocol, daily pre-screens, and close monitoring of the COVID-19 outbreak.

You will have access to paid training and state-of-the-art simulation labs to help you feel comfortable and confident before your first visit with your patient.

Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet
A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required.
Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
