Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to join our team. This role offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 to $75,000, along with performance-based bonuses. The position requires in-office attendance for five days a week.

Our client is a dynamic organization in the manufacturing sector, looking to enhance their HR capabilities. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in various HR functions, ensuring a positive work environment and effective employee relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Management of Employee Records: Ensure the accuracy and currency of employee records, including personal details, attendance logs, and performance evaluations.
  • Support in Recruitment: Aid in the recruitment cycle by posting job openings, coordinating interviews, and performing background checks.
  • Onboarding Process: Oversee the onboarding of new employees, which includes preparing necessary documentation, conducting orientation, and facilitating their integration into the organization.
  • Payroll Management: Assist in payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate employee compensation while maintaining payroll documentation.
  • Benefits Coordination: Manage employee benefits programs, such as health insurance and retirement plans, and provide assistance with benefits-related questions.
  • Policy Compliance and Enforcement: Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations at all levels. Contribute to the development and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
  • Employee Relations Support: Engage in employee relations initiatives, addressing concerns, aiding in conflict resolution, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Training and Development Coordination: Help organize and facilitate training sessions and professional development programs for staff.
  • HR Reporting: Generate and maintain HR-related reports and metrics, offering insights to management as required.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
  • A positive attitude and a sense of humor.
