Job Title: Patient Solutions Support Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Solutions Support Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for establishing goals and overseeing the implementation of patient food services needs based on medical direction and patient population.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement patient food services strategies to meet the needs of patients and families
  • Lead and manage a team of patient service staff to ensure excellent patient satisfaction and experience
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure compliance with dietary restrictions and special diets
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient food services

Requirements:

  • Associate degree with one year of work experience in food services or a related field, or a bachelor's degree in food service technology/management or a related field
  • Certified Dietary Manager certificate, Registered Diet Technician or Registered Dietitian, preferred
  • Minimum of one year of experience in food service management in an acute care setting
  • ServSafe certified, desirable
  • Possess the necessary skills to effectively utilize Microsoft office applications, electronic medical record, and diet office systems
