About the Role:

The Head of Account Management position at Comcast Corporation is responsible for leading a team of account managers to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement account management strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, including regular communication and issue resolution.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, including sales, marketing, and product development.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform business strategy.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in account management or sales leadership roles.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
