Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Jan-Pro of Greater Cincinnati. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients in the Cincinnati region.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets in the Cincinnati region
  • Built strong relationships with existing clients to increase retention rates and upsell opportunities
  • Prospect and qualify new leads to expand our client base
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a commercial setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $150,000, depending on experience, plus commission opportunities. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including paid vacation, holidays, and retirement plan participation.
