About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious Sales Territory Development Representative to join our team at Jan-Pro of Greater Cincinnati. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a sales territory centered around the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area.

With a strong focus on meeting individual account sales objectives, you will quote and close new clients, generate market information, and analyze competitor activity to drive business growth.

About the Opportunity
  • Base plus commission salary range: $100k - $150k per year (uncapped commissions)

About the Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
  • Attain individual and group sales objectives by identifying new business opportunities and closing deals
  • Provide regular updates and insights to the Sales Manager on daily activities and account status
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop reports and strategies to achieve individual and group objectives
  • Analyze and present market data and competitor analysis to inform business decisions
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect and customer interactions
  • Work with Operations Representatives to coordinate start-up of new accounts and develop long-term relationships with clients
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of sales experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Familiarity with MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Proficient in using the internet to research and gather information
