About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Team Lead to join our team at Aramark. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to grow their career in hospitality services.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Guest Services Support Staff, providing 24/7 coverage, and coordinating registration functions and transportation for all guests. They will also train Front Desk/Concierge personnel using established training programs and oversee front desk and concierge tasks to ensure world-class service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising Guest Services Support Staff
  • Coordinating registration functions and transportation
  • Training Front Desk/Concierge personnel
  • Oversight of front desk and concierge tasks
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong knowledge of personal computers
  • Experience in all facets of providing guest services
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively with others
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • A minimum of two years' experience in hospitality services or a similar environment
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $23-$23 per hour, depending on circumstances including skills and qualifications, degrees, certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may be included in the form of a bonus or commission. As an employee, you will be part of an at-will position, and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary at any time and for any reason.
