Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Services Supervisor to join our team at Aramark. As a key member of our Guest Services Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Guest Services Support Staff to ensure 24/7 coverage
  • Coordinate registration functions and transportation for all guests
  • Train Front Desk/Concierge personnel on established training programs
  • Oversee front desk and concierge tasks to ensure world-class service
  • Coordinate reservations for guest transportation
  • Utilize the property management system to ensure accurate and efficient operations
  • Assist guests with any concerns or issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain a limited supply of sundries and restock as necessary
  • Issue and monitor safe deposit boxes
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Guest Services Manager

Requirements:

  • Requires a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to providing world-class service
  • Strong knowledge of personal computers and experience in guest services
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively with others
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Preferably two years of experience in hospitality services or a similar environment
