A&P Mechanic

We are seeking a highly skilled A&P Mechanic to join our team at Segula Technologies. As an A&P Mechanic, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain customer aircraft to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and replacements of aircraft components.
- Collaborate with clients to identify and resolve issues with their aircraft.
- Adhere to all relevant regulations, standards, and procedures for aircraft maintenance.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and efficiency.
- A valid A&P license.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, either on fixed-wing or rotary aircraft, or in a military aviation environment.
- Business aircraft experience is a plus.
- Ability to interpret and work with mechanical engineering drawings.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
- Basic set of hand tools and ability to demonstrate inventory and control of tools.
- Ability to obtain Ground Support Equipment Qualifications as required.
- Flexibility to work unscheduled overtime, including non-scheduled work days and holidays.
- Ability to work in seasonal or inclement weather conditions.
- Basic PC skills.
- Ability to obtain a Security Identification Display Area badge (SIDA) if applicable.
