Your Role and Responsibilities

- Follow Bombardier's General Work Requirements for Factory, Shop, and Hangar roles
- Adhere to environmental health and safety policies and procedures
- Engage in 5-S activities
- Execute all assigned tasks safely and promptly
- Troubleshoot, repair, inspect, modify, and service aircraft avionics and electronic systems
- Document work performed in accordance with relevant manuals and regulations
- Operate necessary ground support equipment
- Assist with mechanical and electrical removals and installations
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- May assist with maintenance at various locations
- Support other maintenance disciplines
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
- Completion of an Avionics or Electrical Technical School or equivalent experience
- Typically 0 – 2 years of relevant avionics experience or equivalent
- Ability to interpret electrical engineering schematics
- Effective communication skills in both written and verbal formats regarding individual and aircraft status
- Possession of a basic set of hand tools with the ability to manage tool inventory
- Ability to obtain necessary Ground Support Equipment Qualifications
- Willingness to work unscheduled overtime, including weekends and holidays
- Capability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Eligibility to obtain a Security Identification Display Area badge (if applicable)
- Certification as required by customer (Commercial Aircraft) such as A Certification, P Certification, or A & P Certificate
- General Radiotelephone Operator License (GROL) or Aircraft Electronics Technician (AET) Certificate
- Experience with corporate or commercial jet aircraft
- Basic computer skills
