Qualifications for Success:
Comfortable recommending additional services to clients based on inspections and/or manufacturer and Valvoline guidelines

Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills

Ability to interact with clients face-to-face

Willingness to learn and develop professionally

Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds

Ability to be cross-trained as a top-side technician

Full mobility and capability to work with hands raised

Ability to stand for extended periods and navigate stairs

Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled setting

Fluency in English for reading, writing, and speaking
