This includes regular attendance of client production and staff meetings, maximizing profitability by understanding client needs, providing quality contractors, and working at the client site to manage the temporary workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the liaison between client managers, local office, and contract employees.

  • Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary.
  • Utilize the available and appropriate resources of Aerotek for conflict resolution.
  • Perform various customer service related activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
  • Customer or sales focused experience
  • Experience in a team-oriented environment
  • Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred

  • Base salary of $54,000 - $60,000 (based on applicable experience)
