Job SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our dynamic and growing remote team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and growing our commercial lines business.
Responsibilities- Manage a book of commercial lines accounts, providing exceptional customer service to clients and maintaining strong relationships with carriers.
- Conduct thorough policy analysis to ensure coverage meets clients' needs and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Prepare and present proposals, certificates, summaries, and renewals to clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize AMS360 for account management purposes, ensuring data is accurate and up to date.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies for retention and growth.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, changes in insurance regulations, and new products to provide the best advice and solutions to clients.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial insurance, specifically in a role managing commercial lines accounts.
- Proficiency in using AMS360 for account management.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to providing the highest level of service to clients.
- Strong knowledge of property and casualty insurance, with the ability to conduct detailed policy analysis.
- Experience preparing and presenting proposals, certificates, summaries, and renewals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to anticipate and address client needs.
- The ability to work independently in a remote setting, while also collaborating effectively with a team.
- Current Property and Casualty license in your resident state.
