Job Summary

Atmosphere Commercial Interiors is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for managing the scope, schedule, and budget for client projects. You will act as the main point of contact for internal project teams, client teams, and third-party product and service partners.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure successful project delivery.
  2. Act as the main point of contact for internal project teams, client teams, and third-party product and service partners.
  3. Request, analyze, and negotiate third-party labor bids in markets across the nation.
  4. Provide direction and guidance to other labor trades, such as cabling and electrical.
  5. Successfully lead and manage projects to deliver upon agreed expectations, including managing costs and resources and minimizing errors.
  6. Identify opportunities to sell services with clients and increase revenue.
  7. Communicate project status, issues, and other relevant information with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management.

Working Relationships

  • Internal: Work with all ACI departments to ensure smooth workflow and flawless execution.
  • External: Work with clients, vendors, network dealers, business partners, contractors, and other industry professionals to maintain a positive working relationship and ensure flawless execution.

Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience in construction or commercial interiors industry.
  • Experience with project management applications and methodologies.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Understanding and management of financial drivers.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to travel outside of the office, including occasional overnight or out-of-state travel.
