Join Boden US as a Real Estate Operations Specialist. This role offers a permanent position with a commitment of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and includes a competitive salary range of $65K to $90K plus bonuses.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Tenant Engagement:** Foster effective communication with tenants regarding property matters, notifications, and community events.
2. **Administrative Support:** Assist the facilities team with maintenance-related administrative tasks, including reviewing and prioritizing work orders, and ensuring tenant satisfaction with maintenance requests.
3. **Financial Management:** Oversee accounting functions such as invoice processing, accounts receivable, and billing inquiries. Prepare weekly reports on tenant receivables and participate in monthly accruals and annual budget preparation.
4. **Contract Administration:** Manage service contracts, renewals, and purchase orders, and engage in the vendor bidding process.
5. **Collaboration:** Work closely with the corporate legal team to maintain insurance documentation and vendor agreements, and update tenant handbooks and emergency plans.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management, hospitality, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree is highly preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- Familiarity with real estate proprietary software is advantageous.
