Vice President of Business Operations

Key Responsibilities:
Ensures that all member inquiries related to Business Operations are addressed promptly and professionally until resolution.
Accountable for the precision and efficiency of all pre-transaction and post-transaction processes.
Possesses comprehensive knowledge of all Business Operations roles and provides assistance or engages in tasks as needed.
Engages with enterprises within our membership scope. Conducts interviews and provides guidance to businesses regarding the Business Operations offerings.
Delivers continuous training for Credit Union personnel concerning business operations.
Remains informed about industry developments, local economic conditions, and regulatory matters.
Responsible for meeting departmental production and profitability targets as set by Credit Union leadership.
Maintains a member-centric approach.
Exhibits strong analytical skills and is adept in conflict resolution.
Upholds core values and fosters relationships with team members and clients.
Completes all required training.
Performs additional duties as assigned.
