Job Summary:
Alabama State University is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dual Enrollment Specialist to join our team in the Office of Institutional Effectiveness, Strategic Initiatives, and Transformation.
About the Role:
Under the guidance of and reporting directly to the Vice President of Institutional Enrollment, the Dual Enrollment Specialist will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase dual enrollment participation and student success;
- Collaborating with faculty, staff, and high school administrators to promote dual enrollment opportunities;
- Providing support and guidance to students and families navigating the dual enrollment process;
- Analyzing data and assessing program effectiveness;
- Staying up-to-date on best practices and trends in dual enrollment and higher education.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in a related field;
- At least 2 years of experience in higher education or a related field;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
