Job Title: Radio Frequency Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Radio Frequency (R/F) Engineer to join our team at V2X. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for managing engineering projects spanning various security levels for a government program office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify required resources, schedule dependencies, and contracting actions needed to support the overarching R/F engineering efforts and interfaces with Program Management and related technologies.
  • Analyze R/F engineering problems to develop and implement solutions to complex system design and development issues, with a focus on integrating novel new technologies on existing weapons platforms.
  • Develop, analyze, and validate requirements, specifications, and interfaces for R/F engineering projects.
  • Process and analyze data, assess system under test performance, and generate report-quality data products such as quick-look reports, test status reports, and deficiency reports.
  • Work closely with the program office, prime contractors, subcontractors, and test ranges throughout all phases of design review, test planning, execution, analysis, anomaly investigation, and reporting.
  • Effectively organize, schedule, and coordinate R/F engineering work phases and tasks to support effective integration in a highly classified environment.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
  • Active DoD Top Secret clearance.
  • At least 10 years of experience in R/F Engineering, including participation in SETR events.
  • Experience in management and technical positions for major ACAT programs and advanced technologies.
  • Experience with weapon/aircraft system electronic warfare technologies and system integration and testing functions.
  • Experience in highly classified environments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
