Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months of wireless telecommunications or other related experience
  • Two-year vocational degree in a technical discipline, or a Military equivalent is preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret site plans, construction drawings, and SOW
  • Solid communication skills; verbal, written, and presentation
  • Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Operational knowledge and theory of all interconnecting circuits including but not limited to T1, T3, and microwave radio
  • Valid driver's license and compliance with the company motor vehicle policy
  • Basic RF Engineering, Radio Frequency theory, and Electricity and Electronics Theory
  • Ability to solve problems using creativity and innovation
  • Self-motivated; exhibit initiative in achieving company goals and objectives
  • Basic leadership skills and the ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail
