Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Test Plans: Create comprehensive test plans for RF systems and components.
- Perform RF Testing: Utilize advanced test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and signal generators.
- Analyze Test Data: Provide detailed reports on performance, quality, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and Debug: Identify and resolve issues in RF systems and components.
- Collaborate with Design Engineers: Work closely with design teams to ensure products meet performance standards.
- Maintain Test Equipment: Calibrate and maintain test equipment to ensure accurate measurements.
- Develop Automated Test Scripts: Improve testing efficiency through automation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Radio Frequency, or a related field of study.
- Experience: Eight (8) years or more of experience in RF, test measurement, and high-power amplifiers up to 10 kW.
- Skills: Proficiency in LabVIEW, Microsoft Visual Studio C, C#, C++, or other programming languages. Database knowledge, SQL, Pspice, or equivalent.
- Additional Requirements: Security clearance is required or the ability to obtain one. Ability to travel and provide test support for occasional offsite testing.
