  • Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with our commercial clients, identifying new business opportunities and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Credit Quality: Ensure the team is proactively monitoring credit quality, identifying potential issues, and taking corrective action as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in commercial lending, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and industry trends.
  • Strong negotiation and credit analysis skills.
