Job Overview

ACS System Associates, a leading MBE privately held HVAC Commercial Company, seeks an experienced Accountant to join their team. With a strong portfolio of projects in the Greater New York area, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, interfacing with vendors and owners, and maintaining project files.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field. Proficiency in current computer accounting programs and reporting tools is essential, as is strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
