Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, including operating systems and software applications
  • Swap out laptops/desktops and deploy Windows 10/11
  • Re-image Windows 11 onto machines from Windows 10
  • Assist users with IT-related incidents and take ownership of issues to implement temporary or permanent fixes
  • Accurately record and document requests using the IT service desk system
  • Install and configure new IT equipment
  • Resolve incidents and upgrade software and hardware
  • Resolve incidents with printers, copiers, and scanners
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and treat customers efficiently and professionally
Requirements
  • Previous helpdesk or desktop support experience is preferred
  • IT certifications are desirable for this role
