Regional Warehouse Operations Manager Role Summary:

The Regional Warehouse Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the efficient functioning of Finished Product warehouse operations in the AMN region. This role will involve managing a team, developing and implementing best practices, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Hire, train, support, and coach direct team members. Foster a positive work environment within the team, with other Michelin teams, and with external suppliers.
  • 3PL Contracting Framework and Relationship: Define and deploy the local 3PL contracting framework, including selection, contracting, and relationship development with partners. Collaborate with Procurement to secure the best commercial proposition from local 3PL providers.
  • Safety and Security: Establish and enforce safety standards. Coordinate security measures to protect warehouse property.
  • Operational Oversight: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Set KPIs that capture, measure, and report on the service delivery and financial performance achieved by each 3PL service provider.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, allocate resources efficiently, analyze financial data, and address variances. Optimize profitability while maintaining high-quality service.
