We are seeking qualified candidates for the role of Assistant Store Manager to assist in the management and coordination of store operations alongside the Store Manager. This role is essential in achieving our objectives related to sales, employee retention, guest satisfaction, food quality, and overall cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fully comprehend all company policies, procedures, standards, and training programs.
  • Ensure the achievement of service quality and facility appearance through effective employee training while fostering a positive work environment.
  • Meet scheduling needs and cover shifts as necessary to maintain uninterrupted operations.
  • Oversee timely delivery of weekly shipments, ensuring cost control through accurate ordering.
  • Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintain temperature logs.
  • Verify product deliveries for accuracy in quantity and condition, reporting discrepancies to the Store Manager.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and operational procedures in preparation for quality service checks.
Essential Skills and Abilities:
  • Assist team members in providing a welcoming atmosphere and delivering responsive, friendly service.
  • Support crew members in preparing and packaging orders according to Wingstop standards, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
  • Monitor cashiers to ensure adherence to corporate guidelines.
  • Oversee cash and credit transactions, ensuring accurate deposits and balanced credit card transactions.
  • Conduct employee evaluations through one-on-one feedback sessions with the Store Manager.
  • Hold team members accountable for cleanliness and adherence to company policies.
  • Be knowledgeable about personal and administrative policies, applying corrective actions fairly and consistently.
Leadership Development:
  • Supervise shift leaders to ensure compliance with opening and closing procedures and adherence to company policies.
  • Ensure shift leaders focus on order accuracy and exceptional guest service.
  • Manage daily and weekly inventory alongside shift leaders, including chicken counts and waste management.
  • Ensure shift leaders maintain a professional, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints when necessary.
  • Support shift leaders in meeting daily and weekly cleaning schedules by delegating tasks effectively.
