Location: 352 Hazelwood Logistics Center Dr, Hazelwood, MO 63042

Compensation: $23 per hour, based on experience

Work Schedule: Sunday-Thursday from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM, subject to change based on operational needs

Role Overview:

The Senior Package Operations Supervisor plays a vital role in managing the unloading, loading, and sorting of packages for distribution within our facility. Our Package Handlers II's are essential team contributors, collaborating closely with Sort and Operations Managers to mentor new employees, support operational metrics, and uphold company values.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of both required
  • Ability to regularly lift, push, pull and/or move items averaging 50lbs and occasionally up to 75lbs.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the unloading and sorting of incoming packages for distribution and/or prepare outgoing freight for delivery.
  • Train sorters to perform assigned tasks safely and accurately.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to sorters, both positive and constructive.
  • Inspect packages to ensure they are safe for transportation.
