About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and charismatic Cocktail Server to join our team at Kimpton Hotel. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable experience for our guests, and upholding the high standards of our boutique hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Greet and welcome guests, serve food and beverages, and receive and process orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Food and Beverage Knowledge: Demonstrate excellent knowledge of food and beverage options, including wine and spirits.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service and a positive experience for guests.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain cleanliness of tables, countertops, and work areas, and perform setup and breakdown of various stations.
  • Problem-Solving: Address guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year of previous experience in a similar or supportive role.
  • Skills: Highly motivated, excellent interpersonal communication skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and basic math skills.
  • Certifications: Food Handler and Alcohol Awareness Certifications (if applicable).
  • Schedule: Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
