Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Experience Supervisor to join our team at Four Seasons. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of exceptional customer service and ensuring that all guest needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Team: Supervise and motivate a team of hospitality professionals to provide outstanding customer service and ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Guest Service: Ensure that all guest needs are met promptly and efficiently, resolving any issues that may arise in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Training and Development: Train staff on company standards and procedures, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Guest Feedback: Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements as needed to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience and ensure that all guest needs are met.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, with the ability to monitor guest feedback and implement improvements as needed.
