Senior Market Research Manager, Brand Health Insights

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Market Research Manager to join our team at Ipsos. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for directing the process of managing research projects from start to finish, including framing objectives, developing research design and sampling plans, creating research instruments, analyzing results, and creating final client deliverables.

- Make research happen by finding operational efficiencies and driving them forward, collaborating with team members to ensure projects are completed well and on time, on budget, and on strategy for the client.
- Show our clients the love by developing an understanding of their business issues and industries, maintaining and strengthening client relationships through our collective team greatness, and becoming a trusted advisor by understanding their big picture strategy and day-to-day needs.
- At least 5 years' experience in the market research and communications field or something arguably relevant.
- Strong experience with quantitative research, including survey design, sampling plans, and analysis, and brand trackers.
- Experience with qualitative research, including focus groups, conducting in-depth interviews, analyzing qualitative research, and cultural analyses.
- Strong communications skills, with the ability to translate complex data into easy-to-understand, actionable insights.
- Good understanding of advanced analytics, including data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, and DOMO.
- Proficiency in developing clear narrative and storytelling in presentation, visually, and in writing.
- Proficiency in Google Drive or MS Office is a must.
