Sales Director - Fleet Intelligence Job Opportunity

Foresight Intelligence, a leading provider of data-driven solutions, is seeking an experienced Sales Director to drive revenue growth and expand our market share. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with our company goals and objectives.

The successful candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and internal teams. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of SAAS, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

You will collaborate closely with other teams, including customer success and hardware, and have a strong ping pong game.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing accounts by calling prospective customers and setting up meetings, demos, lunches etc.
  • Developing sales leads and/or taking existing sales leads, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Cold lead development, cultivating them into qualified leads.
  • Establishing 'trusted partner' relationships with target markets.
  • Negotiating directly with end customers.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 7-10 years' experience in sales.
  • Exposure to heavy equipment, telematics, or fleet management is a plus.
  • Experience selling software, in addition to hardware is a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

Salary Estimate: $140,000 - $220,000 per annum, depending on experience. May require up to 25% travel. A clear sense of integrity, work ethic, and a sincere interest in building strong relationships is essential for this role.
