Position Overview:

The Senior Manager of VIP and Celebrity Engagement is instrumental in developing and executing the strategy for Celebrity and VIP Relations across North America. This role focuses on building and nurturing relationships with Celebrities, VIPs, stylists, and media to ensure brand consistency and alignment with marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and execute a comprehensive strategy for Celebrity and VIP Relations in partnership with the global team
  • Oversee requests from celebrities and editorial teams for the LA Showroom/West Coast
  • Collaborate with internal teams in New York and Milan to ensure cohesive brand messaging
  • Engage with talent agencies and personal networks to cultivate new VIP and Celebrity connections
  • Conduct fittings and product showcases for Celebrities, VIPs, and stylists
  • Enhance brand visibility through strategic product placements and public relations initiatives
  • Stay informed on industry trends and celebrity news to identify potential brand partnership opportunities
  • Work alongside PR and marketing teams to coordinate events and secure media coverage
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Marketing and Communication Degree preferred
  • 8-10+ years of experience in VIP and Celebrity Relations, with a preference for luxury retail background
  • Strong knowledge of fashion styling and menswear tailoring
  • Demonstrated success in managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Familiarity with the media landscape and strategies for US media coverage
  • Ability to devise and implement VIP and Celebrity relations strategies
  • Experience in global project management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Passion for the Brunello Cucinelli brand and the luxury fashion sector
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Positive approach to problem-solving and teamwork
  • Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office Suite
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic and expanding team environment
