Job Title: Engagement Delivery Partner

Cognizant Technology Solutions is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Engagement Delivery Partner. This position offers a unique opportunity for individuals with a strong background in IT and experience in leading healthcare accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bring client context from close delivery experience to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Lead delivery set-up governance and collaborate with EDP and service line delivery teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Own delivery management and delivery excellence by designing and validating customer requirements, and optimizing delivery processes.
  • Establish delivery and governance rigor, review operational metrics, assess risk, and drive mitigation plans and review Service Orders/Work Orders.
  • Consult with EDP on delivery issues, resolve or escalate as needed, and ensure monthly submission of C-Margin forecasts.
  • Foster technology expertise and innovation to transform delivery and ensure delivery excellence.
  • Support EDP/SBU Head on prospective opportunities as needed.
  • Monitor and report delivery commitments to clients, ensuring committed Cost-of-Delivery (CoD) to Cognizant leadership.
  • Bring understanding of the client environment to identify and qualify add-on and new opportunities.
  • Manage revenue and cost.
Requirements:
  • 20+ years of experience in IT industry leading a healthcare account.
  • Large engagement delivery experience.
  • Exemplary customer relationship management.
  • ITIL, Project management (Agile, Scrum).

The position is eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

The annual salary for this position is between $105,000 - $166,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
