Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing client eligibility for representation in Personal Injury matters
  • Handling inbound calls exclusively
  • Collaborating with the Intake Manager and legal support staff regarding case details
  • Managing the exchange of Intake documentation

Required Qualifications:

  • Flexible availability is essential
  • Proven sales experience, particularly in acquiring new clients
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is mandatory
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in legal intake, sales, or call center environments
  • Familiarity with CRM/CMS systems
  • Exceptional active listening, interpersonal, and communication abilities
  • Strong understanding of customer engagement and interaction
  • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent is required
