Job Title: General Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our store team and drive business success. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing store operations, managing team performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize results.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve customer experience.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least two years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, financial, customer service, or related industries.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Valid and current driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated).
  • Ability to work phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
  • Background check required (subject to applicable law).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate degree or higher.
  • Experience in retail, sales, or financial industry.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and may be required for certain locations.
