Job Opportunity at TJ Maxx

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at TJ Maxx. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing store operations, and leading a team of Associates to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Store Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Oversee store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Associates to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales and profit goals
  • Manage and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
Requirements:
  • Two (2) years' of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager
  • Excellent interpersonal, strong communication, and follow-through skills
  • Proven ability to manage, develop, and motivate a large team
  • Previous volume responsibility of $5 million or more

This is a bonus and overtime eligible position with a starting pay range of $23.25 to $29.70 per hour, which equates to approximately $57,947.37 to $74,023.09 annually. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
