We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Leader in Dialysis Operations to join our team in Houston, TX. As a Nurse Leader, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the dialysis team, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care.

The estimated salary for this position is $100,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing clinical and operational policies and procedures.
  • Providing guidance and support to the dialysis team.
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

You will also be responsible for promoting quality management programs and leading QAPI meetings.
