Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Dialysis Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Coordinator. In this role, you will oversee the delivery of patient care and services in our dialysis facilities.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate patient care and services, including lab value tracking and vital sign monitoring.
- Ensure the highest level of care is delivered to patients by maintaining their safety, comfort, and well-being.
- Train and supervise clinical teams to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Float to various facilities during and after training.
- Work flexible schedules, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- At least 18 months of registered nursing experience.
- Dialysis Charge RN readiness approval by clinical Nurse Manager or RN-licensed FA/GFA required.
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) preferred.
- Competitive salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
