SNF Dialysis Nurse Specialist

We are seeking skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our team as SNF Dialysis Nurse Specialists in Houston, Texas.
About the Role:
- As an SNF Dialysis Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dialysis care to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.
- You will work closely with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Your expertise and leadership skills will be essential in collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice; minimum of 12 months' experience as an RN.
- Previous experience in Chronic Hemodialysis, Acute Dialysis, and/or Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) nursing is required.
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N.) from an accredited school of nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N.) degree is preferred.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook are necessary.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Training/Teaching/Healthcare Education background can be beneficial.
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification can enhance your career prospects.
