Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance patient outcomes and reduce hospitalizations.
  • Collaborate with the medical director and physicians to ensure alignment on clinical and operational goals.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Supervise staff members, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to promote a culture of excellence.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Foster positive relationships with administrators, area hospitals, agencies, vendors, and community partners.
Requirements
