Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a large portfolio of donors, identifying and cultivating opportunities for growth and engagement.
  • Develop and implement personalized strategies for increasing year-over-year retention and upgrade of donors.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the Division of Development and Alumni Relations to align donors' philanthropic interests with various priorities across campus.
  • Communicate the impact of philanthropy with donors through digital platforms and other channels.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as fundraising, nonprofit management, higher education, or business administration.
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in fundraising, sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Results-driven performer with a strong ability to set and achieve challenging goals.
