Key Responsibilities:
1. Formulating and executing HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives.
2. Leading the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and managing talent acquisition.

7. Comprehensive understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
8. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
