  • Provide leadership and guidance to the transportation team
  • Ensure the delivery of exceptional Airline Ground Transportation Services
  • Collaborate with the Station Leader to foster a team of accountable professionals
  • Manage internal and external communications, including MOR, FCR, HR, and incident reports
  • Direct recruiting and employee acquisition initiatives, including ongoing training metrics
  • Lead the Performance Management process, including performance assessments and training plans
  • Develop a team that adheres to SkyHop Global values and standard operating procedures
  • Coordinate vehicle maintenance requirements and records

Requirements:

  • Establish strong working relationships with internal departments and customers
  • Bring a high level of passion for exceeding client expectations
  • Have experience addressing customer needs and maintaining operational excellence
  • Demonstrate the ability to prioritize, implement, and manage work schedules and projects
  • Possess strong technical skills for producing accurate and timely reports
  • Be fluent in English; a second language is helpful
  • Have a minimum of two to three years of experience in transportation or related industries (a plus)
  • Be willing to work a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends and/or evenings
