Telehealth Customer Service Representative

Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Telehealth Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Care Advocate Coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our members, providing exceptional service and support to help them navigate the healthcare system.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized support to members through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Act as an advocate for our members, listening to their concerns and providing solutions to resolve their issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including clinical resources, to ensure members receive the best possible care.
- Utilize technology and data to understand member needs and preferences, and provide tailored support to meet those needs.
- Manage customer de-escalations and provide empathetic support to members in crisis.
- 1 year of experience in the healthcare industry or a related field.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHRs) or Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) preferred.
- CRM experience (e.g. Salesforce, Zendesk) preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
