Overview:

As an Identity Management Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing user identities and access within our organization. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identity Management Expertise:
    Proficient in user provisioning and application access management. Experience with Identity Management (IDM) or Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) systems is essential.

  • Independent Work Ethic:
    Ability to work autonomously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Customer Service Orientation:
    Strong interpersonal skills, with experience interacting with various personnel levels, including mid-level and executive leadership.

  • Analytical Skills:
    Strong capability to analyze and identify inefficiencies in operations and business processes, proposing and implementing solutions for improvement.

  • Preferred Technical Skills:
    Experience with automation tools (e.g., Powershell scripting), Mainframe/RACF, DB2, Active Directory/LDS, and remote access management tools.

  • Reporting and Metrics:
    Familiarity with data reporting tools (e.g., MS Power BI) and experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
