Hourly Rate: $19/hour based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
No additional compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, is provided for this role. Newbold offers healthcare benefits and other applicable benefits under Federal or State law.
Overview of the Role: Our organization is in search of a detail-oriented Loan Protection Programs Specialist. The successful candidate will possess strong administrative skills, the capability to collaborate effectively with a team, and the ability to work independently when necessary. Excellent communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough reviews of loan documentation to identify any missing or erroneous information.
- Utilize Excel to maintain accurate records and keep a detailed log of communication history and actions taken.
- Demonstrate proficiency in database management, word processing, and spreadsheet applications.
- Exhibit outstanding customer service through all communication channels.
