Job Description

Comerica Bank is seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Business Banking group, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales and revenue goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, economic conditions, and industry developments to provide informed advice to clients
  • Travel to client sites and attend industry events to build relationships and identify new business opportunities
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • 5+ years of commercial lending experience, with a focus on business development and relationship management
  • Proven track record of success in sales and revenue growth
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
